1998 HONEY HARVEST

This was a special year for our annual honey harvest, we were photographed by the NY Times for an article to appear in the NJ Sunday Supplement on Sept 20 Th 1998.This year we harvested 700 lbs. of honey. It has been an off year for honey production due to the mite problem and lack of rain this summer.
