During the first year you own your Robin Hill Custom Home it is covered against defects in workmanship and materials including appliances, fixtures and equipment. For the first two years, Robin Hill Custom Home is covered against defects in the design and delivery of heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems. We'll perform any warranty service during the first two years you live in your home free of charge and with a smile.
