HONEY FROM DELAWARE TOWNSHIP HUNTERDON COUNTY NEW JERSEY
This is our 7th season as a New Jersey Beekeeper and small local honey producer. We started with 1 hive the 1st year and now we are managing 26 hives. Our first year honey production was zero and last year we have increased our production to 700 lbs. Next year we are planing to increase our hives to 20 and our production of honey to 1/2 ton. All our bees are kept at our farm in Hunterdon County New Jersey at one location. We are growing buckwheat and clover for our bees and experimented with other plants to optimize the taste of our honey! We are also planing to produce queens for our hives and our friend's hives. Our honey now is a mixture of wildflower,clover,buckwheat, and tulip poplar which give it a unique unprocessed raw honey taste.
Come visit our Honey Stand at Miceck Farm located at the intesection of RT. 579 and Rt 523 (see map) for fresh 100% natural local Hunterdon County raw honey. Our bees are kept at one location at the Mason Farm so you can get 100% local honey. At our stand we offer 8, 12, 24 oz honey bears and honey stix.
