3. UNIQUENESS We have over 100 floor plans to pick from We do not build "cookie cutter homes" or offer only several floor plans. We color coordinate all our homes with our selection representative to help insure all homes look different. When we purchase land our motto is the most expensive item in a home is cheap land.When we select land we are not driven by cost but by it's unique setting .Through our in house excavating company we can save as much of the environment as possible,this also keeps the site work cost down ,which we can pass on to you ,the buyer.
